We offer a 15-day return . You have 15 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).


It must have all original tags attached.


It must be in its original packaging (box, pouches, and certificates).


You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:


Customized or Personalized Orders: Any jewelry made to specific size requests, engraved items, or custom designs cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.


Final Sale Items: Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance event.


Pierced Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken or if they show signs of wear.


Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.
