3.1 Product Nature (Home Grown Diamonds)

As of the current update, our inventory primarily consists of Home Grown Diamonds (also referred to commercially as Lab-Grown, Cultured, or Created Diamonds) and Moissanite jewelry. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of these stones as non-mined, laboratory-created gemstones that share chemical and optical properties with mined diamonds.

3.2 Availability & Licensing

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Note: Certain product lines may be temporarily unavailable pending regulatory licensing updates. We will update the website as these products become available.

3.3 Accuracy of Colors and Sizing

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Jewelry weights and measurements are approximate.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

  • Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes (GST), which will be calculated at checkout.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment gateways as displayed at checkout.

  • Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 12 - 15 business days.

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to India .

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by the courier service, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Return Policy is available on a separate page: 

  • General Rule: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging with tags attached.

  • Defective Items: In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of HB Prestige Jewels or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
