1. Processing and Handling Time
Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Since many of our diamond and gold pieces are precision-crafted, custom orders or ring resizing may require 7–14 business days for production before shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We provide secure shipping across India through our premium courier partners.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch (available at checkout for select pin codes).
3. International Shipping
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our international clientele.
Delivery Timeline: International orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. HB Prestige Jewels is not responsible for these charges; they must be borne by the recipient.
4. Secure Delivery
Because your order contains high-value items, we take extra precautions:
Fully Insured: All shipments are fully insured by HB Prestige Jewels until the moment of delivery.
Signature Required: To ensure the safety of your purchase, all deliveries require an adult signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry will arrive in discreet, tamper-evident outer packaging to maintain security during transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website or by visiting our [Insert Link to Track Order Page].
6. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
